My favourite Player


 1. Dendi santoso


Who is not familiar with this one young players of Arema Indonesia, namely Dendi Santoso. All Aremania certainly familiar with the players born in Malang, East Java 20 years ago. His face is handsome and cool appearance makes many Aremanita (Arema female fans) like and fallen in love with the figure of the young players hope Arema Indonesian and national team in the future.

Dendi Santoso began his football career since sitting in elementary school by joining SSB Unibraw (SSB = Football School). Then in 2004 he follow the selection in the Academy Arema and then pass, so that since 2004 he has been a squad of the Academy Arema. In 2006 he was one of the squad Arema Jr U-18 who championship in Suratin Cup National Youth League.

In the Indonesian Super League's first edition (2008/2009) all players of Arema U-18 has promoted to Arema U-21 team, as mandated by PT Liga Indonesia, which requires all ISL teams must have a U-21 squad which will also be following the competition.

Dendi Santoso become squad of Arema U-21 at the first round only, because in the second round Gusnul Yakin Arema coach open the selection for Arema U-21 players to progress to the senior team. Finally ideals Dendi Santoso from childhood to be able to join the Arema team come true, because team coach of Arema give confidence and an opportunity to Dendi to join the senior team.


2. Muhamad Ridhuan



Muhammad Ridhuan (born 6 May 1984) is a professional football player from Singapore. He currently plays for the Indonesian Super League side Arema Indonesia and the Singapore national football team.

Club career

He has previously played for S.League clubs Young Lions. First catching the eye for the national U18 team with his speed and mazy dribbling skills, he joined the Young Lions for the 2003 S. League season. After four years, he moved to Tampines Rovers FC in 2007. In 2009, Ridhuan and Noh Alam Shah joined Indonesian club Arema Indonesia.

International career

While Ridhuan did not feature much in the league, Singapore coach Radojko Avramovic saw something in the talented youngster and gave him his international debut against Qatar on 19 November 2003.

With midfielder Shahril Ishak, defender Baihakki Khaizan and keeper Hassan Sunny, he is part of the 'NFA Gang of Four', the quartet which has played together since their early teenage years and earned senior international honours in 2003.

He was also part of the national side that won the 2004 Tiger Cup albeit only featuring in the opening game. Three years later in the 2007 ASEAN Football Championship, he played a major role in the team's success in retaining the championship.

3. Kurnia Meiga

At the beginning of Indonesian Super League season 2009/2010 many people who doubted Arema Indonesia can compete with other teams in ISL 2009/2010 even impossible to be able become a champion. One reason, because Arema Indonesia does not strengthened by star players or national team players like other teams.

Along with Indonesian Super League 2009/2010 title, now all the Arema players has become a star players and be hunted many teams in Indonesia.

Kurnia Meiga Hermansyah is one of the many young players of Arema Indonesia who shone this season. This season is truly a special season for Kurnia Meiga, in addition to successfully bring Arema Indonesia as a champion Indonesian Super League ( ISL ) he was also crowned as the best player of ISL 2009/2010 version PT Liga Indonesia.
